Tell us a bit about yourself and your business, i.e. what made you want to start your own business and how did you get there?
Madame Crêpe is born from a passion for fresh & local, delicious food inspired by my native country, France. Crêperies were certainly lacking in England 7 years ago so I decided to give it a go and it took off instantly! We now have 2 mobile crêperies, which are a real hit at festivals, corporates and wedding receptions.
Which women have been your biggest inspiration and helped you to succeed?
No one specifically. I'm inspired by every single woman out there who is giving her everything to get to where she wants to get. She doesn't have to be famous, just any strong, resilient woman who doesn't let anything stop her.
What tips would you give to other women who want to start their own business?
Stop overthinking it and do it. If you're passionate about it, it will work out naturally.
